Meet Theresa – Founder & Lead Artist
Theresa is a licensed and insured esthetician, as well as a certified permanent makeup technician in Colorado and Florida. Trained at a prestigious academy in Canada, she has built a reputation for her expertise in natural-looking, beautifully balanced results.
Her specialties include microblading, digital machine brows, permanent eyeliner, and lip blush, along with advanced skin services such as dermaplaning, microneedling, saline tattoo removal, and chemical peels. Theresa is committed to ongoing education and continues to train internationally with some of the most respected artists in the permanent makeup industry, bringing the latest techniques to clients on Colorado’s Western Slope.
Her vision for Flawless Glo is simple: to provide exceptional artistry, modern techniques, and genuine care in every treatment.
Meet Rebecca – Licensed Esthetician
Rebecca, a Colorado native and licensed esthetician, brings four years of experience in skincare and aesthetics to Flawless Glo. She’s passionate about helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin through personalized care and advanced technology.
Laser certified and detail-oriented, Rebecca is especially excited about Flawless Glo’s newest innovation—the UltraClear Laser, a breakthrough in skin rejuvenation that delivers transformative results with minimal downtime. Her warm and approachable nature ensures each client feels comfortable, confident, and cared for from start to finish.
Outside of the treatment room, Rebecca enjoys family time and the outdoor beauty Colorado has to offer.
Meet Julie – Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Meet Julie, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of specialized expertise in metabolic wellness and bio-identical hormone therapy. As a dedicated Hospitalist serving the residents of the Roaring Fork Valley and the Western Slope, Julie is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care.
She combines extensive clinical experience and evidence-based practice to understand each patient’s unique needs, guiding them toward achieving their personal health goals and optimal well-being. Julie’s approach centers on empowering her patients to feel their best and thrive in all aspects of life whether it be in her wellness practice or the wellness and medical spas that she claims the position of medical director.
